Haitham Alfayez has served as the CEO of Awqaf Investment Company since 2018, leading the company's investment strategy and building strategic partnerships that support long-term financial sustainability and impact.

With deep expertise in investments and strategic leadership, Alfayez brings a forward-looking perspective to Jada's Board of Directors. His previous roles include positions as Executive Director of Local Investment at Kingdom Holding Company and Head of Direct Investment at Saudi Aramco Investment Management Company.

Alfayez has been serving as an Independent Board Member at Bank Albilad since 2022, an independent Board Member at Ades Holding Company since 2024, and a Non-Executive Director at Umm Al Qura Development & Construction Company since 2018.

He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
