A distinct fund thesis aligned with Vision 2030 priority sectors

A strong team with entrepreneurial and/or angel investing experience and a proven track record

A clear commitment to investing in Saudi Arabia

A demonstrable value-add methodology

Robust governance and alignment of interest

Strong deal-sourcing capabilities through established relationships and networks

A healthy pipeline of deals in Saudi Arabia

Operational excellence, with documented processes, codes of conduct, and governance structures

A commitment to transparency and timely reporting
