Have a distinct fund thesis that is aligned with Vision 2030 sectors.

Strong team with entrepreneurial and/or angel investing experience and a demonstrable track record.

Strong, demonstrable commitment to investing in Saudi.

Clear and demonstrable value -add methodology.

Strong governance and alignment of interest.

Strong deal sourcing capabilities through relationships and networks.

Healthy pipeline of deals in Saudi.

Operational excellence, with well documented processes and procedures, code of conduct, and charters for the various committees and governance bodies.

Commitment to transparency and timely reporting.
